99年Avalon, Check engine light 亮了。code是 P0115,P0125,P1133,P1135.换

据说车子走1~200哩,就可以消除,于是走了260哩,然后把code消了。灯当然也灭了。

以为弄好了,正在沾沾自喜。

谁知道过两天灯又亮了。一看code,又是P1133. 说是 Feedback Fault.

再消一次code,再次发动车子,显示是:

 

我的问题是:如果sensor不好,为什么消了code会出现正常的status?

                     如果sensor 正常,为什么 P1133 和 Check engine light 会重现?

请问各位大拿,究竟可能是什么回事呢?

拆下来原厂的那个O2的编号是多少?靠玻璃是BANK1,我查的应该是DENSO #234-9009,如果你是从ROCKAUTO

买的,它的标注确实是#234-9007,所以不清楚哪里出了问题? 如果有原厂件的编号就能排查更换的配件是否有误。

也许这两个编号之间仅仅是接线长短的差异,丰田车系对氧感确实挺挑剔。

Denso sensor 一般没问题。不过也遇到过不到三个月就不工作了的,也是日本制的。

清理干净后,保证插头和插座插好。不要硬插。

注意,最好先断开电池的负极,再操作。

换了新sensor, 那些code没有再出现过。只剩下P1133

如果接线有问题,code 按理会永久出现。不会在消code 后不见了。

除了编号,哪里买的?几十的就算了,正规渠道至少要一百六七十美元一只。

车子是老了,不过加州的天气,想受潮都难,加上哩数不到15万,里面还是比较干净的,所有的接线还相当好。

我检查过Sensor,应该是正常的。两条黑线(加热器)之间电阻2.5欧姆,蓝线和白线之间,热车时是 0.75V 。

我用另外一个Sensor(好的那个)来对照,发现测量结果非常接近。

哩程不算高,平均每年7,500英里。保养方面多少英里换机油?多少年换空气过滤器?PCV valve换过没?

车子的老化第一是保养,第二车龄。

如果你觉得值得,就继续维护。但车子老了问题就多。你这是典型的日本“好车”老了。我的MDX也是这样,老了, 鸡肋了,今年下定决心换车了。

Check for pending code

Use a better scanner to check the presence of pending code which will show up later, not immediately. If your scanner can support live date, check O2 sensor voltage.

O2 voltage must varies with time, cannot stuck at 0.75v

Must use live data mode to check O2 sensor voltage, if it is stuck at 0.75 volt as some of the cheap sensors do, the feedback loop will produce errors, first in the pending code, late will show up as a reported error code!

明白。万用表的读数其实一直在变,不过普通万用表反应慢,一开始读数低,过几分钟就会停在比较高的读数。

根据测量,新买那个Sensor应该是好的。接口看来也很干净没锈。接线还很好。只好消了码后再继续观察。

MAF SENSOR的CHECK ENGINE 问题通常比较复杂(dealer 的水平常常不能正确诊断)

O2 sensor是否有问题比较容易判断: 排出的废气是否味道呛人。和MAF SENSOR的CHECK ENGINE 问题通常比较复杂(dealer 的水平常常不能正确诊断):建议你做如下事情: 

1。 检查所有地线 (利用电瓶12V)
2。清洗throttle body
3。 清洗一valve (connecting manifold)

check short term fuel trim and long term fuel trim

Once you find a scanner with live data capability, read long term fuel trim and short term fuel trim as well, they varies but over time should average to 0%. If they stay in large negative or large positive more then 10%, then you need to check O2 sensor B1S1,  MAF sensor and air leakage down stream from MAF. Something is cause the engine to run too lean or too rich which is very damaging over the long run.

Do this after engine is fully warmed up so the close loop control is running.

Your error code indicates the air fuel ratio is wrong. Only three factors affect A/F ratio, MAF sensor, upstream O2 sensor such as B1S1, and potential air leakage after MAF. Therefore I said first check MAF and O2 sensor. If O2 sensor stable at 0.75 v and not change quickly with time, that indicates a bad sensor.
