斯坦福医学院没有论文不给面试。
大学生有论文发表的不多。
这加州的话，有希望。
这也是这个升学制度的悲哀。
别想那么多，把想去的都申请一遍，不行花钱找人润色一下。相信自己足够优秀了，剩下的就随天意去吧。
学校不排名，估计TOP10%；应该1%，至少3%。高中是很好的，但是还是和小中竞争。
其它情况不明，比如全国重要大奖。
地域很重要。
有戏，不是绝对把握。
我感觉孩子的stats 和要学理工方向不够贴合，只有一个CS intern， 感觉这方面还不够绚丽，不好意思，多嘴了啊。
他中文很好，但就是不去学AP 中文，选了全新的LATIN。我觉得这不是个典型的小中男，还是有点自己想法的。所以特别关注他最后会去哪里。
不过EA申请不明智。不论EA还是RD,标准都没变。考虑到实际难度，不如抓一个容易些的好学校，再RD Stanford,手里有粮，这样才更从容。
实际上一般需要3门SAT2，但是主课SAT2考5门更好。
报文科好的藤，如耶鲁之类，突出拉丁语的特长。一孔之见 ：）
哈佛就要学校的前5名， MIT就要学校的前10名。学校500个毕业生，麻州前5名公校。
跳出文章，从别人的角度来读来体会。文章的作用是让AO愿意读下去，读不下去就没希望了。
