如何解决顽固持久的车震?

有点标题党啊,大家原谅。

2001 Honda Accord, 92k miles. 症状:车子行进中前轮处产生有规则的振动及对应的低沉噪音,该振动与车轮的转速正相关(车速快则振动频,感觉象是椭圆形的车轮在转动)。病史:大约4年前曾撞进一雪坑(左前轮),当时没有感到明显的异常,数月后才发现左前轮(驾驶员一侧)轮胎侧壁有鼓包。请教专家认为是撞坑所致,鼓包是不安全因素,遂购同牌同型号轮胎一枚换上(另外3只轮胎才跑了几千迈,外观新旧程度目测与新胎无明显差距)。换胎后的两年里,似乎一切正常。近两年来以上振动症状逐渐加重到了难以忍受的地步。送地乐作全面检查,告知是 lower ball joint 松动,遂换之,症状依旧。又换rotors, pads and wheel bearings, 皆无改善。查CV boot, sway bar link,strut,upper ball joint等无异常,车子无跑偏,无其它噪音(转向,颠簸等)。所有轮胎作过平衡,rotation 做过多次,以上振动依旧。请各位高手老大指教点拨,可能的病因是什么。感激不尽。

我瞎猜一把. 先看是否 Tire cupping. 按说Dealer该查国了.

只问一句,下大坡时踩刹车方盘有没有抖动?

axle 蹭了lower arm 或什么地方。

因为撞坑,底盘碰了地,可能伤了Axle, Lower arm, Mount 等。

仔细检查axle 和周围,看有没有摩擦的痕迹。车升起来干活时,可能看不到接触的地方,但会留下摩擦过的痕迹。

Compromised suspension components could include bad struts and loose ball joints, wheel bearings, shock absorbers, springs or bushings -- really any part that helps connect the wheel to the car. Additional factors include underinflated or out-of-balance tires or improper wheel alignment. When these factors combine and become serious enough, you'll likely get scalloped tires.

Bad Tires

Poorly made tires are susceptible to this condition. Even tire manufacturers who have good reputations make lower quality tires that are more prone to abnormal wear, such as scalloping. So while loose suspension components set the stage for scalloping, cheap tires expedite the process. Unfortunately, the tires that come standard on new vehicles tend to be in the cheaper category, so consider upgrading to better tires to prevent tire scalloping.

I mentioned aligement issue to the dealer machanic and was told it was not necessary.  In common sense, the dealer would like to "repair" more to make money.  If they don't want to do the aligement, I assume this portion could be in normal situation. Again, I greatly appreciate your input.

eHow already explained the cause. So you can check the alignment

other guys recommended here. However, alignment won't fix the noise, only to stop getting worse. You would have to replace the tires to get rid of the noise. Since your car ran into a hole, it's a little hard to say if the tires are the root cause.

My assumption was that the noise was getting loud over time (was ok before right after the accident, right). Was that noise like beating a drum? (rubber noise).

If your tires got enough miles already, maybe it's worth to replace them for trouble shooting.

My personal opinion is the hard suspension of Japanese car tends

tire cupping. I had cupping problem with my Civic even though the tires were Michelline.

再次衷心感谢各位老大的指导和建议,在下受益非浅。特别是周老大大,一针见血地指出轮胎磨损的典型特征,相当神奇,景仰中。。。综合各位专家的高见,兄弟准备按以下顺序操作:1,alignement,此法易行,代价不高(100刀以内),先做以观其效。2,如果还有老毛病,则换两侧strut--这个参见找牙和班长的经典修车帖,得200刀开外了。3,择时换4只轮胎,这个要500刀左右,放最后。估计这三板斧下去,车震的问题应该消停了。只可惜我此前花的银子和力气了。

---you are correct. The noise sounds exactly as you described here. The most annoying thing is the vibration and rumble that derived from the rolling wheels.

你说,“所有轮胎作过平衡,rotation 做过多次,以上振动依旧”。如果

rotation 做过多次,周老大说的情况就不该发生,因为它多出现在前轮驱动车的后轮上。车后半部重量太轻造成的“飘”。

如果长期未做rotation, 则换到前轮的后轮,就带来了老大说的cupping毛病。

那是不是前轮的strutst太硬了呢?你说dealer 检查确定了struts 正常,就很难让人再去考虑这个问题了。

谢夸奖, 但耳根有点热. 我有过一个CIVIC, 7 万 多保修的Michelin 才 3 万Miles

就出现 Cupping. 因为CIVIC的 Camber 不可调, 我选择治标不治本. 买一套便宜点的 Goodyear (5 万 保修?),其余的通通不查不修 (车子不跑偏). 反正几万 Miles 才会坏, 大不了再换胎 (车子已是 12 万 Miles 高龄). 后来Rotation做得勤一些. 15 万 Miles 卖掉时还是好好的.

你也可以考虑治标不治本 (alignement 很可能无法去掉噪声, 轮胎很可能必须换掉才行.)

要做alignement的话, Firestone 有 Lifetime Alignment ~$150.

如果确证是 Tire Cupping 引起的, 你该考虑换车铺了. 这点毛病应该一眼就看得出来的 (至少当时Sam's Club的技工一看我的Civic就明白).

问题是Rotation在Cupping之前还是之后. Cupping 一旦形成就会越来越坏.

Rotation就未必管用了. 据称轮胎就只能换掉了.

从LZ原文, 我觉得Rotation是在Cupping之后. 是这样的话, 这车铺是活见鬼了.

您说的对。但如果rotation是做过多次的话,出事时又是只有几千迈的

新轮胎,cupping 就应该不会发生。

再就是那个dealer,两年的时间,几乎查了所用的可能,却看不出轮胎cupping了,真让人不敢相信。一般网友问自己车的毛病,如果没去修过,可以从最简单,最容易发现的地方介绍入手;但对于去过多次dealer后依然存在的问题,就不敢从简单开始了。您的建议很对,真是cupping的问题话,这样的dealer最好别再去了。

史兄, 从LZ原文看, 掉坑似乎应在4年前, Cupping是两年前开始的.

也就是说有两年时间是一切正常的.

这年头, Certified = Minimum Requirement.

Dealer 还有个麻烦, 你只能见Advisor, 而不是Mechanic. Advisor 不少是不大懂车的.

上次去本田换油. 是个新的Advisor, 她告诉我 两个CV-BOOT 都裂了, 我回家一看, 好好的. 可能是看错记录了.

明白啦。那就是头两年他没rotated tires. 以后dealer 把cupped tires

换到前面了。一,dealer没检查状态。二,换后震动,就再转到后面,后面回到前面,还震,dealer还是不知所以。。。

算了,希望他车的问题就是这个,早日修好:)谢谢你多次讲解:)
