比较软的口气。但这都没有骂人的意思。
经常碰到有人这么说，尤其是上了年纪的人和女人。南方人信教的多，这句话有点像万能胶，可以用在很多场合。我们认识几个老年朋友，要是我帮了她，就会说 bless your heart, 还常常加上 my dear, 或者 you are such a sweet heart.
但是这句也可以暗戳戳的讽刺别人，比直接说要委婉。所以要看场合。比如我回帖说"艾玛"，也可能是馋人家上的好菜，或者夸螺丝的大长腿
， 或者是对某个新闻表示反感，惊叹，不可思议等等
南方很大，弗吉尼亚也算南方。圣经带的那几个州，非常religious,德州也是南部，那儿的人就和东南部的差别很大。
这个要看说话人的语气。比如人家说你good,也有可能是嘲讽。
