武汉热干面 （WuHan Hot Noodles with Sesame Paste）

Today is my son's birthday. 

I made WuHan Hot Noodles with Sesame Paste for hime-- one of  his favority noodles.  He had this as breakfast most of the days  since he got his teeth when he was in China.

I took today off in order to make it. Everything was made from scratch -- the Dietary Alkali Noodle，the sesame paster and the pickle ( picke was made before).

But he can only see it, can not taste it because he is away of home.

I finished two bowls of it.  I enloyed it very much. It was at Match 07, 2023 when I made WuHan Hot Noodles with Sesame Paste Last time when he was at home at that time.

第一次看见传说中的武汉热干面，看似简单味道一定十足，

热干面是武汉的招牌面

记得晚上睡在外面的竹床上听蝈蝈（蛐蛐？）叫。热干面，mmmm, Yummy!

北方有麻将拌面条，但面条是凉的

热干面主要作为早餐，要求很快就能做好。一般面都是头天晚上准备好，煮八成熟，摊开凉着。

吃的时候抓一把，放到一个漏勺里在开水过一下就好了，再加上各种调料

似乎只在武汉或湖北内popular.

不知道麻将拌面，热干面得用碱面作。

睡在外面的竹床，那是几十年前的事了。地上泼水去热气。童年的回忆。

康康好！你的小鸟好可爱。我以前也想过养小鸟。如果你出门，最长可以把他们放到家里几天？他们会feel sad吗？

美味。有这样的妈妈太幸福了

我想他们单独在家最长只能一天，因为每天都要换水，水很容易被搞脏。在美国小鸟可以跟主人一起坐飞机，只要放在规定的笼子里。
