Strolling Among Wild Geese
Strolling among wild geese,
I asked them: “Where're you from?
Where're you going?”
They looked at me as if I were
a guard at some entrance
or a philosopher.
Instead of answering my questions
directly, they said:
“We have flown through thick fog
in thousands of mountains,
and we've ridden ten thousand
leagues of cold wind.
Just beneath the white clouds is
where our hearts want to be.
We want to sing in
the music hall of the universe.”
“But will this often wind-tossed
flight ever end?” I asked.
“We don't want no end of it.
Although hard at times,
journeying makes us happy.
We always know know know,
We will go go go.
Joy of journey outweighs its toil.
It brings our blood to a boil.”

漫步雁群里，殷勤问始终。
千山穿郁雾，万里驭悲风。
心系白云下，声传寰宇中。
飘飘何日尽？苦旅意无穷。

图中真是大雁吗？从来只听过，没有见过！
