The Hebrew word is translated into "charm"

in another version of the Bible. So the whole sentence looks like:

"Beauty is vain, charm is deceitful, but the woman who fears the Lord shall be praised."

So I understand 'favor' here as 'charm' or any worldly attractiveness.
