我的车停在车场很明显的是被人踢了个dent, 我file 了claim后Geico叫我去他们指定的body shop inspect，很奇怪的是Geico叫我去他们的body shop inspect但他们不听用那里的人的意见，body shop的人只是照照片然后送到Geico，Geico用自己的appraiser看照片来判定，Geico在发现我没有collision coverag后他们就把claim 定为collision，这样一来他们不用付钱，当Geico告诉我说他们不付后，我提供了那个body shop检查我的车的人写的说是人踢的email给Geico review叫他们把claim 定为comprehensive coverage,但Geico不干，还说是final decision，关键是Geico说的当无法确定什么造成的情况下就放在我没有的保险上让我很生气, 我就要争个真理出来. 我接下来应该怎么办？
how strong any one can kick a dent onto your car body, it is more reasonable to be by collision.
so you need to gather some evidence (like witness statement) to prove it is by what you believe it is.
I already provded a statement from the car body shop and they said someone kicked into the door. Geico doesn't have evidence to show it was hit by other car or anything to determine it's collision.
no other way to fight against Geico as it is final. i dont think any lawyer will take this.

通常应该是liability only vs full coverage。
还有这样买保险的， 也不像是想省钱的。

my guess is you understand the term "comprehensive " with something else, like property damage(PD).
they are not the same.
我家全保已经30多年，全保以前确实有这个规定，而且不是UI，这个俺非常非常肯定滴。我家的comprehensive一直是零deduction，据说后来买的保险都没有这个，因此我们这么多年来一直都没有换保险公司。换车玻璃什么的都算这条。我们有过忘了关车后盖就关车库门砸掉了点漆，算collision。所以我觉得楼主的很难算进comprehensive去。
難道，您認為別人的時間就不是時間嗎?
比如说上哪个机构或哪里找律师可以接受这种case
