I took care of my lawn. Last year (2020) the moss grew quite bit in my back yard. I called Truegreen and asked them to do two services (1) areation (2) lime application.
For areation, they informed me when they will come. On that day they did come and performed the service. They also left a note in my door about the service they performed. All good.
For lime application, I did not receive any call, and did not see any notice in my door knob.
This year (2021) in March I called true green and complained that they did not come for the lime application. On that month, I noticed I got refund from Truegreen half of what I paid for lime application. I thought that I at least got something back and let it go. I then hired another reputable local professional to take care of the lawn.
To my surprise, on July 3, I noticed a true green flag on my lawn. On July 20 I noticed I was being billed for the lime application from Truegreen. I called my credit card company and disputed for the charge. My credit card company called me back the next day and told me the charge was removed. They also said they will mail me a new credit card. (the old one is invalid from now on).
Two days later, I heard loud noise from my lawn. I came out and found two guys performing some service on my lawn. I approached them and was told they are from true green. I asked them to leave immediately because I did not request any service from them. After they left, I got a call from Truegreen saying they will come to do areation today. Then 30 min later, Truegreen called me again saying they performed the areation service.
Then in August, I received a bill from Truegreen for the areation service. I then called Truegreen that I never asked for the services this year. They told me that last year they mailed me the "welcome letter", in that letter it said the service (areation and lime) was yearly. They promised that they will mail a copy of that letter to me. First of all, I never knew the services from Truegreen has to be yearly, it does not make sense I need lime application and areation yearly. Secondly, it has been more than 4 weeks now and I have never received the copy of that letter.
I filed a complain at BBB. The Truegreen bill kept coming. I am looking for suggestions. Should I just pay the bill to get over it, or fight it to the end? The bill is about $350. When I stopped them, they about finished 1/3 of my lawn.

I just logged into the account on trugreen.com, there is nothing under 'My documents'. There is no welcome letter for both 2020 and 2021.

My mowing is $30. So assuming you have 1/2 - 1 acre land, the aeration might be 500, def. not 1500.
Unless you talk about aeration/dethatching/overseeding/fertilization. 1500 is still high.
水泥地drive way 以前,sealing 是350。现在多少就不知道了。只会多,不会少。一次white grub service 是350,一年杀虫,杀杂草,施肥也是挺贵,一年八次。你在哪里,为什么便宜的出奇?
上年的服务接着现年/下一年的服务,账单寄来。总体来说还是比较靠谱。你打电话解释一下。我记得刚用他们的前几个月,crabgrass 没杀干净,打电话让他们多来了两次杀crabgrass ,都没算我钱。
也不该差这么多。和房价有关系吗?我们小区许多家都用这家的服务,我们用他们快20年了。
