我公司有医疗保险，汽车保险里还需要保这个uninsured/underinsured motorist吗？发生事故，即使对方没有保险，我的医疗保险也应该cover我的医疗费用吧？那是不是就不需要这个uninsured/underinsured motorist了呢？我还有一个uninsured motorist Property damage，这个可以有。就是不知道还需不需要uninsured/underinsured motorist支付医疗费用。谢谢。

这个我一直不是很明白。如果车有全保，也就是说你的错误撞了别人保险也会出钱修你的车，那么

为什么还需要这个uninsured mosorust 呢？你的车已经被cover 了呀？

还保一些误工费，你朋友的医保也可能有很大额的deductible/coinsurance.

For my HDHP health insurance, I have $1500 dedutible and out of pocket max of $5000. So the uninsured motorist insurance would at least cover $5000 if I am exceeding the maximum.
