里面有合同，付款额，保险内容等等，一般来说，没有通知取消保险，保险公司会默认你同意renew everything 以及他们的条款。
无论你当时付没付款，你under contract. 有问题，自然保险公司会cover. 但保险公司一定会向你收费……用各种方式，
这种小气的保险公司,能指望大方地赔你钱? 离开了正好. 你如果以后不巧发生了单方事故, 比如倒车撞坏了车,或者以前没修的,都说成在这二个月发生的. 反正不在那里保了.
2020年12月31号公司车保到期。 保险公司过了两个多月后突然发了个cancellation notice 给我，让我们一周内付车保，否则Policy 取消。两天后保险公司收到保金，新保险从2020年12月31到2021年12月31号，而不是从2021年2月15号开始。
如果2020年12月31号- 2021年2月15号出了车祸，虽然保险公司收到保费是2021年2月15号，公司照样可以file claim, 因为新保险从2020年12月31到2021年12月31号。
保险公司如果没有在2021年2月15号收到保费， 车保从2020年12月31号结束。
