首先 Windflowers 很像罂粟花，巴哈伊教创始人巴哈欧拉在形容升入天堂后迷醉于幸福之中时曾用windflower指代罂粟花，：“Strive, then, that ye may attain that station, that ye may unravel the mysteries of love from its wind-flowers and learn the secret of divine and consummate wisdom from its eternal fruits. ”(Baha'u'llah, Hidden Words, 91:2)

意思很朦胧, 我猜其中一层意思和"Hotel California"所要表达的某些意思相近。

另外我觉得翻译时要注意，歌词里面的话，似乎都应该理解成是“父亲”讲的，即便第二段也是“父亲”的自述。
