房子isolation 有两种，一种是用spray foam, 另一种是fiberglass. 据说前一种有健康凤险，刚看上一个房子，但是用spray foam，想退出。请问同学们怎么看？

如果Foam后的木板之类的里面有潮气，无法挥发，自然发霉。 发霉以后你只能把Foam全部拿掉。
我觉得是一个风险很大的方法。
Fiberglass的效能是没有Spray Foam那么高，但是时间长了可以换， 也不难换。
也就是“莫须有”。在加州出售的食品包装外面，好多有警告，有致癌和生殖系统受损的可能。依据就是“据说”某些科学家讲的。最近在新泽西买一包食品，也有这个警告。
I think they are up to code. The only issue is that it is too air tight so the house cannot breath. But some foam doesn't create this issue.
