My rules of income investment:

No margin, no option trading  No single position exceeding 5% of the portfolio  maintain cash/short term bond at about 30% minimize tax

Getting closer to my target.  Let's see whether we can achieve it by the end of this year.

各种yield都有，范围3%-80%

嗯，那这几十年都需要是牛市

40万年收入，最简单的就是投房在中西部，可以有10 ％收入，只要4百万就够

只可惜地税太高，加上PM等开销，，每年是不用上什么税了

30%配置部分回报能保持3%-80%？股市也许可达到，这样平均下来，需要很大的本金。存好奇，呵呵

Total return有没有跑赢VOO呢

你之前提过NYMTM，还有没有类似的？不算那些卖covered call的high income ETFs
