Japan will invest, at my direction, $550 Billion Dollars into the United States, which will receive 90% of the Profits. Perhaps most importantly, Japan will open their Country to Trade including Cars and Trucks, Rice and certain other Agricultural Products, and other things. 但是本来想对各国收10%的关税，现在变成15-19%的基本关税。
其它的附加条件，能否真正兑现还要走着看。目前达成的都是框架协议，具体的协议还得拖比较长的时间。
其实美国各方面的人才济济，只要有足够多的工作机会- 从高到低各个层次的，很多人是愿意干的。
要把H-1签证好好治理一下，把更多的机会留给美国本土的人才，特别是年轻人。这是一个历练发展的过程，与其为了图便宜去别国找人，不如雇佣本国的人才，这才是一个国家发展的长远之计。
川普创造工作机会；砍掉懒人的福利，鼓励大家出去工作；让美国企业回流；监管美企对外国人工作签证的发放；这一系列的措施相辅相成，是有利于美国长期发展的利好政策。
