Fence 必須要巿里批准,离property line 必须距离2 个feet 以上。你的fence 在你的property line 以內,应该就是你的。你不想要,当然可以拆掉。当然你必须有survey 来backup your claim
要看看你的title insurance 里面有没有写到这个easement。如果没有写,应该可以商量。
