一个在Tampa downtown附近黑人区的白菜房,去年租给一个附近酒吧工作的音效师,当时视频面试的时候就感觉他吸毒,不过空置四个月了实在着急,也就租了。
最近到了续租的时候,在我要求下pm派人去做了房检,报告里面看到门有个洞,纱窗被猫抓坏几个,浴室mildew不是大事。家里看起来当时有两三个人,还有至少1狗3猫,lease里面是没有宠物也没有roommate的。这房客交租倒是没问题。修理都是找房东,连水箱漏水这种小事他都不能自己搞定。
这种情况要不要续租?续租的话房租多少合适?pet fee我常规是每只35但是最多俩pet,他们这都4个了。并且还要一次性的额外charge每只350.
