my other solution is set a national hornor system for those individuals who reach 10b in assets, then take the rest for donation/tax. whoever reaches 10b can get everything nessisaties for free in this country provided the person earned it through work/savings themselves.

这样，少化多存就能成为富人，不少华人先辈就是这样起家的。
现在，美国家庭收入中位数7.5万. 要50倍的资产380万才能 进入 Top 5% 的富人了。
不吃不喝30年也达不到。
一般人一点机会都没有了。

工程师是五十万到六十几万的房源多，现在马公三十四十万到六十万收入的很多，加上股票，医生还是那些钱没涨多少，所以好区医生买不起了，原来拿五万的蓝领买个15万的可以，现在拿五万的最多拿七万八万，但已经彻底在硅谷买不起房了。

30年前只有5%能存下12倍的收入。 说明当时的更多的人是寅吃卯粮入不敷出没法存钱。 现在 37% 的人都能存下 12 倍的家庭收入。说明家有余粮的人更多了。 那是中产阶级更多了而不是少了呀。

以前12倍收入是 顶端5% 现在是 顶端20%。 说明变的太难了，
跟考大学一样，以前录取线是300分，现在是400分。
