一个普通中产小区的SFH,坐标亚特兰大北边,市场价房租$2000,我为了快点租出去只要1900,收了不少申请但是都是信用分太差。现在终于有一家靠谱的,一个二十多的年轻couple,还没结婚,有俩看起来三四岁的小孩儿,还有个小狗。女的以前是美发师,后来估计专心在家带孩子;男的是paramedic,收入勉强达标,银行存款只有1000多。他们自己汇报说信用分都是700多,我还没有查。我觉得他们还可以,只是有一点点不太满意:他们4/1才入住,而我的房子现在就是空的,也就是说还得再空俩月;屋子里有地毯,2021年的房子,地毯还挺好的,我是prefer没有宠物的;我是准备明年把房租涨到2000市场价的,他们不会付不出来吧?

大家觉得我是就跟他们签约了呢还是再等等有没有能早点搬入的?补充:这个小区现在有好几个房子在招租。
