结果是10个要看房的人9个都没有消息了，有一个说会带来，结果来看房时也没有带，说是家里的打印机坏了（感觉不是什么好人）。房子是新房 在 Corona 南加州，这种情况我应该怎样做？ 谢谢！

人家还没打算租房，先泄露个人信息，搁谁都不舒服，自然会吓走好的租客
但是我的是白玉房且低于市场价。然后刷选起来也很挑剔。这个策略so far so good
