远程房如何收租？

租客用Zelle支付了押金后说他的这个月Zelle limit用完了， 问能不能用Apple Pay或者其他的支付方式？

Applepay 把收到的租金转入银行账户收取1.5%手续费

Venmo把钱转到银行账户收1.75%手续费，最终租金得进银行账户支付按揭等等各种费用

请教柠檬， PayPal需要business account才能收租金？ 我们没有business

当然你急需用钱，有手续费。3天转到银行的没费用

我以前有用Venmo 收租金，从来没有费用问题。现在主要用于付cleaner

Venmo收租金没有手续费，但是租金只是进入房东的Venmo账户，如果房东把钱从Venmo的钱转入自己的银行账户有手续

只是加急的才收费。三天转到你的银行不收费。我从来没被收过费

准确的说，三到五天。只有instant transfer charge fee

先加租客成为你的friend。我的租客好几个这么交钱的，没问题，没费用

对，我每次都选慢的，其实第二天就到了，除了在周末的。

刚才收到Venmo邮件说租客转了租金，我点击Accept Money 出现页面Payment Canceled

Anything. The email just told you some one paid you $$. Also it could not be canceled once sent. So don't know what happened there. You can always ask your tenant send you a screenshot of payment details

我电话了Venmo客服也说不出为什么我没有收到钱，只说让我通知Sender再转一次。太郁闷了。

我还以为Venmo操作后就无法取消。我发了payment canceled的截图给租客 他也不回复我的邮件

If you are new account, it could be because your account ha

Haven't be verified when they sent the money and it is canceled by system. That's just a GUESS. Ask them to send $1 again first.

If that's not the reason, it could be tenant's account had some problems and no enough money? I am not sure about this. Any way, if tenants screen already shows this is cancelled, ask them send it with $1 first. If tenants insist the money is sent, ask them show the screenshot of payment details 

我的Venmo账户不是新开 转过几次钱没问题 never receive money.

Venmo客服说租客应该收到Venmo email说明他的转账不成功。
