这道菜的灵感来源于成都的【芋儿鸡火锅】,因为汤料中加入了豆腐乳,所以口味上有一种酱香的味道。芋儿鸡火锅是用的一只鸡和小芋头,吃完鸡还可以加其它菜品继续当火锅吃。我这里只是烧一小锅鸡而已,所以没有那么多汤汁。
