如果他们帮忙秀房,你能尽快找到下一个租客,那他们就不用付了呗。如果是冬天,实在找不到人,那对不起。损失还是他们负责。

去年我也有一个租客relocation走, 我给他们 月到月正常租金,只是要求他们提前30-45天通知我。他们后来都很合作,提前45天通知,提前15天搬出,冰箱 洗衣机烘干机 都留下来了,搬出的那天我就退了押金,利用那15天换地板,找租客,无缝连接,大家好聚好散,都很高兴。
