可能就是房子条件差一点吧。如果住的时间较长（大于30天）其实担心的是host cancel the reservation in the middle. 我老二的同学去年夏天在seatle 实习，中间被取消，要求搬出 （据说此host管理很多房子）在Airbnb. 理由是host haven't signed the new lease with landlord, the host's lease ended in July 31st. 最后结果只是Airbnb refund. The students paid much more to find another one in short time. 这种情况很少发生，但确实发生了。其实学生己住超过30天，真要不搬，房东也没办法。但房东可以上庭赶他们。他们来问我，我让他们找Airbnb 要补偿，不过最后什么也没有要到。所以最好确认host is the landlord

Won't do that. It will automatically show in the review. That particular host cancellation might not since he can told Airbnb he is not willing to cancel it but the landlord won't rent to him anymore. That host is greedy because he sure know it in advance but don't tell until last one week.
昨天有网友提到Airbnb host评分4.62太低，开始有点担心了。孩子夏天要去纽约实习，自己在网上找的Airbnb房间，已经交了定金，不过还可以取消。
这家host只有14个reviews，还大部分都是2019，2018年的。评论里写的都是好话，所以不知道为什么评分只有4.62.

只有中老年人（like us)才要住hotel. 她喜欢和host交流，可以了解更多的当地文化和知道更多景点。而且也更省钱
