投了一个syndication, 最近在要求LP for capital call. 觉得这样的环境， 不能再放钱进去。不知道谁有经验怎么做？有什么后果？ 以后不会再投了，sydication 一点透明度没有， 房市好的时候投的， 我都不知道为什么收上的房租不够管理房子用。

不知道是不是因为利息支出太高的原因。
但是撑不住之后，很多人会选择去骗。虽然不乏起死回生的例子。
