地主们房子多了，listing都是自己做吗

最近四个房子租约到期。租户要搬走。那感觉每个周末都要耗在showing 上了。

感觉好影响生活质量呀。

不影响什么呀，先坐家里审查申请表，合你意了才约 show 房。

在家打打电话还好说。那个showing,约三家，还不要一个下午搭进去呀。而且有时候，秀一次还不够。

四个房子，一个月的周末就没了。

能招4个满意的租客牺牲一个月周末也值了。每次秀房我都比较兴奋，像老板招新员工……哈哈

Positive thinking.只能这么办了。

买几把密码锁，用门牌号做密码，让房客自己去看。周末干脆就不锁门。一趟趟跑是烦死了。

哪要一个下午啊，我通常都是月四五家，每家15分钟，每两家一趟，中间隔5 分钟，1个半小时搞定

我就是这样， 还是远程， 密码锁太省事了， 不用人亲自去， 不过还是要先在电话上聊聊找感觉

开车单程1小时。

主要还是想自己亲自看看未来的房客的面相合不合。而且房子空着，自己提前去可以开门透透气。

密码锁有时候也会出问题。换电池啥的。而且，房子不是白玉房。万一碰到不靠谱的，回来偷我appliance咋办。

3. ask for a photo id to send to you; give them the lockbox code when they get there or 10/20 minutes before their showing schedule

change the lock to a smartkey lock
