20 October A United States Navy Boeing F/A-18E Super Hornet crashed near Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake in California. The aircraft flew its mission from Naval Air Station Lemoore and its sole pilot could eject without sustaining injuries.[50]

No civilian injuries were reported, although the crash destroyed several cars and part of a residence. The plane flew from Naval Air Station Whiting Field in Milton, Florida, about 50 miles to the northeast.
9 December A Wisconsin Air National Guard F-16 Fighting Falcon crashed in Michigan's Upper Peninsula during night training. The plane went down in the Hiawatha National Forest and the pilot was killed. The cause of the crash is still unknown.
2021 20 January A New York Army National Guard UH-60 crashed in a farmer's field south of Rochester, New York during a routine training exercise. All three crew members aboard the aircraft were killed.

每年全世界飞机失事时有发生。下面是美国2020-2021年军用，民用飞机失事统计，其中既有F-22， 也有F-35。 在我看来，任何飞行器只要升空运行或训练，就有出意外的可能。谁都一样，那怕就是如美军这样先进强大也无法避免。

我下面帖子已经解释过了。
从视频看，可能是直升机尾桨传动轴轴承失去润滑导致轴温升高，传动功率下降，使得尾桨失去作用，直升机打转，最后因尾桨轴系温度过高而起火。
事故原因不是维护不当就是飞机制造质量不过关。
类似的轴承抱死故障是导致40多年前直六下马的直接原因。
