24Vac is within range, 22 ~ 27V. The 24Vac is from a transformer, connected to the board. The board sends the 24V to the thermostat and send back to the board to turn on the heater, when the temperature is lower than the setting.
我找了local 一家AC 公司，说是我主机里面已经不行了，都烧了，线也melted. 不能修了，要换新的，修理已经不值得了。然后我问换新的estimate 是多少，他们给估价$12000。
因为这个空调是2月份装的新空调，所以我又联系了帮我装这个空调的人，问他有要manufacture warranty. 他说可以，他过来检查了一下，只是图中的board 坏了。他charge 我$120 service fee, 说是星期二过来换。
换了还会烧。。。
如果不知道为什么烧。。
我反正也不懂，但是我感觉这俩小子说里面都什么都被melted 了，觉得不可信，因为金属熔化成那样的话，难道房子还不着火？反正本能感觉他俩在骗我换新的，所以我就诈他们，说是之前有人来estimate 过，没说里面都化了。结果我一说这话，那俩小屁孩沉不住气了，骂骂咧咧的，说我不愿意换新空调是crazy, 因为这么冷的天，租客家还有小baby. 我想他俩是恼羞成怒了，于是就笑笑跟他俩说，给我一个estimate, 如果价格合理就换新的，他俩挺高兴的走了，后来发了一个estimate $12000.
