有这么一块地，卖价20万美金，将来20年后可能被开发，也许是30年后，就是这30年内早晚都会被开发的意思。需要现金购买。一旦被开发了，价值会翻3倍。
我想买，娃爹不同意，说手上的现金都被拿走，而且要被压几十年。这地没被开发前干不了啥，只能做停车场。因为是规划区域内的，什么也不让盖。停车场的话除去地税大概一年能拿到6000美金的租金。
其实几十年后我都6,70岁了，钱就算拿到了也是给孩子花。我不缺这钱养老。

如果能改造成电车，无人车的充电停车场，可能有前景。
不过按目前市场，买房出租的话，回报应该会更大
