LLC can only be represented by an attorney in court. Just like a wife can only represented by an attorney, but not her husband.
This is why LLC is limited liability.
Use form <<JP Civil Form 50 Rev>> register first and then you can file eviction case on court for LLC or Corp

因为法院一般也不查。没人反对都没事。
我的strategy是尽量庭前和解。不见法官达成协议就行了。
租客一般不知道有这么回事。如果他们知道，可以要求法官dismiss这个case。这个可能性很小。
