我在加州，前几天出去旅游在内华达拿到一张超速罚单，限速35，实际速度51，cited speed 40。罚单总计$60。可惜我二十年的clean driving record，就此毁于一旦。钱倒是不多，如果只是罚钱没后续影响就算了。但是请问我会不会被罚点，如果要罚点的话我就想fight试试。罚单上说要在五月初去内华达某法院上庭，请问可以像加州一样written declaration来fight speeding ticket吗？罚单上有个小错误，说我的车是内华达的车，不知道这个错误是否可以利用一下。

就说不是你，你把车借给国内或者加拿大之类地方来的表哥开的，他回国了。警察不查国际的。我以前要罚$500，在加州，我跟警察说不是我，警察看看镜头里带着大墨镜，再看看我本人比镜头里面瘦，他俩都说确实不是我。

找律师出钱一切解决，记得几年前超速、隔了几天，收到一封律师信 代替你出庭在，只有$100、也不知道这个律师怎么知道俺得了罚单、老公说他们都一伙的、我是超速连带错给了过期的车保、结果车保赢了、超速罚了大约$3-400、过后去交钱和表示感谢律师、去她的办公室、我老公无意和她聊说怎么可以把这个坏记录去掉 、她说再花$3百多就可以去掉了、但是如果将来去政府部门工作或者特殊工作背景调查还是可以查出来的、一般的就没事。如果你有其他原因、还是找律师问问吧！
