If epoxy is used to seal the grout, very easy to clean....

plus heat resistant, non-prouros,

3/4" plywood under the tile for leveling and strength,

边角can use hardwood, or tile trims.  It will be really easy to maintain, actually.  Not recommanded for renting house since you can't be sure the tenant will be careful as you are.

depends on the market. I only use 200 dollar counter tops...

Very skilled professional, for renting, better just regular

counter tops, like someone mentioned $200.  Hire someone tile it can be very expensive, though.

I thought laying tiles included. Sealing takes time since

Keeping the epoxy/sealer is not as easy as you might think.  Laying tiles invoves arranging, cutting, etc., when you want to make it look nice.  The kitchen tiles in the picture cost much less than hiring people even to put laminate counter top on, provided you can laying the tiles yourself.

What about the 3' x 3' porcelain tile with plywood under the

layer. The porcelain is so pretty and looks like granite.
