我会坚持我的处理初衷。给房客随时搬家的自由（30天通知），这不仅能配合房客所说的情况，也表示提供的租金敢于接受市场挑战。

给他们打了个电话，也看了一下周围的租房价格，6月后再加10%依然远低于市场价格，他们要求延长加10%到明年六月，我也同意了，也算圆满解决，一个经验就是加租在合理的情况下要坚持底线，谢谢
