appraiser直接测量面积。是不是依据county record的面积作为参考呢？我就是想确定这点。

每个town要求不一样，你那边一般要求egress window, 层高过7 feet, outlet every 6

feet. 要申请permit.

都满足了。就是要wire电线。其他都满足。很大很高的attic。已经前后有四个窗户了。
