We maintain it & upgrade as needed From painting mulching To repairing minor leaks / To replacing light fixtures etc .... You'll see some of thee upgrades & how clean everything is ( as always )

Because i stay very diligent -- We like nice things & take pride of where we live ... look forward to see n you on the 31st .. Also ... Bob & I Have some exterior wood On the garages that have rotted out. -- I can replace the wood & cover it in w/ coil stock so i wont be exposed to the elements any longer ... Yet - materials are extremely high .... wood metal & nails & screws are ridiculously priced I'd need to reVamp my cost to repair these door jams etc I have an aluminum brake to bends & contours aluminum to fit thee area to be covered in ... Let me know. Your thoughts thx .. Bxxx & Cxxxx
今天是一个阳光明媚的日子。早上惬意地坐在阳台上沐浴春风。一架拖着广告的小飞机飞过，昭告着小城繁忙的日子即将开启。我用手机拍下。
然后，听见手机响个不停，象是发短信的声音，可短信从来不会不停地响上十几次。要说给飞机照张像手机便被轰炸了中了病毒我也是不信，所以，还是懒懒地起身进屋看手机究竟怎么啦。
嚯，还真是短信，十几张照片，是以前我发帖说过的要涨租205块的那家租客发来的。我上周告诉他们本月底（下周四）会上门续约，顺便查看一下房子。
