签约可以用P.O.BOX地址，但给3DAY NOTICE 不可以，要给PHYSICAL ADDRESS，家里和公司都没问题。这牵扯到3日通知，房客有权在最后一分钟把钱送到。我也不喜欢把家里地址给人，NEVER!我没工作，没有公司地址，但是我有穆仁智，给他个房住，也算是我的经理，3DAY NOTICE 就给他的地址。
3DAY NOTICE 有不同版本，我喜欢用下面这个，简明。
3DAY NOTICE 有威慑作用，绝大多数房客见到会有反应补交房租。
给3DAY NOTICE 有3个选项，见下图，不需要挂号信，对方可能拒绝签收，平信即可。
