如果我拒绝他，可不可以简单的回答说我们不容许养宠物就行了？像他这种被诊断为抑郁症医生建议养猫的会不会不能这么操作？
如果租客答應很好地清理，每月也答應交pet fee, 沒啥不可以吧。
當然這事兒看你自己，實在不願意，就實話告訴他好了。

我觉得养猫基本damage都可以reduced啊，只要他真的好好管理。就是担心他猫尿不及时清理。
猫应该不会抓花地板和墙壁吧？ - 我自己养猫，从来没见猫抓过地板和墙壁的。地毯倒是会抓。
to agree and can't charge a fee, otherwise he can sue you. This is called emotional support animal. Check your state law and be really careful.
