请教一个1031 Exchange的问题

我现在准备卖房然后做1031Exchange，我去年11月和今年1月买了两个房子，这两个房子可以包括在我现在卖房的1031exchange里面吗？听说1031 可以reverse back，请问reverse back的时间是多少？

做过几个standard 1031 exchange且还在做, 但Reverse 1031的复杂程度让我放弃了。

You probably passed 45 days deadline.

In reverse 1031, you have 45 days to identify relinquished property after you acquired the replacement property.  

So the first house you sold already passed 45 day deadline.  The second house has to be sold after 1/15 for you to identify your relinquished property TODAY.

是。最关键是她的两个房子已经买了，Title已过户在自己的名下，transaction已完成，根本不能做reverse了

exchanger是不允许同时hold买和卖两个房子的title的。
