Paypal is free if the money is transfered between friends. There is only a charge when the money is transfered as part of invoice/payment for goods and services.
I used it for 3+ years already. It started with a tenant who makes money selling stuff on ebay and she prefers paypal. Then I just asked all new tenants to use it. It's convenient for everyone.

分两天甚至三天的，需要你自己惦记着，房子数量少还可以，数量多可能就比较麻烦。你让房客问问银行能不能提高limit，我有一个房客一开始要分两天，过几个月就告诉我limit 提高可以一次付清了；不过也有房客三年了每个月都要分两三次。不清楚trick 是什么。

I set up last week. March 1st will be the first time to see if it works well. It will also remind the tenant 7 days before the due date.
