请教大家，房子出租，签了租赁合同，但是两天了也没有交押金，该怎么办

啥操作？不是一手签合同，一手收押金吗？没交押金签啥合同？

这是什么神操作？没交押金就签合同？房租可以等到搬进是交，但押金不能。

是realtor 发的双方电子签的，但是已经催了两天了， 一直不wire deposit, 而且现在已经不回复realtor 信

既然你有PM还是realtor，让PM急吧，你不用急。钥匙一定还在PM手上，是吧？最多是找下一位房客（你考虑换PM)。

我的经验之一，这种房客有可能没有足够押金，或改变主意不想租。不管哪种，都不是那个负责任的好租客
