一个星期前在Zillow上post了一个rental house的广告，也有7-8个人想看房，我要求他们提供一些基本信息，像多少人入住，yearly income和credit score等等，怎么没有一个人回答我。 有没有可能Zillow没有把我的message传出去？

最后选出4人看房，有两个主动要求一次把一年的rent (外加两个月的security deposit）付清，相当于我1/4+ 的mortgage down payment。其中一个正在卖房（penging中), 急得像热锅上的蚂蚁， 不停的打电话。
只有一个房，其他人实在帮不了，感觉很内疚 。南加州。
