我后来找个借口没租给她们了。两条大狗，破坏力太大了。还不能收钱，她还理直气壮的不肯给，还给我写巨长的Email据理力争，看着就不是好对付的人，我后来找了收入高信用高的，就拒绝了他们。
Service dog不需要licensed, 只要是be trained to take a specific action when needed to assist the person, to do work or perform tasks for an individual.

注意service animal要求很严，emotional support animal要求很宽松，先搞清楚对方要的是什么。我回答的是service animal。
都是生意，不需要什么感情
不是说什么就是什么的；你知道local 的法规怎么规定，就按着来操作 同理有些人也不喜欢section 8，你同样可以要求信用，但不能要求收入（有voucher就代表收入够了），或者别的条件。
service dog不算宠物，就跟有小孩子也会可能有破坏，但是你不能说因为有小孩就先收一笔费用的
现在很多人都是service animal的，所以我也想开了收宠物的至少还能收一笔钱补偿，比service animal强
