租客想延迟入住日期，didn't 给出确切日期. Want to terminate contract.

Anybody can share a sample letter? 

Signed the contract in July, move-in date is 8/9/2021. He paid deposit of 1 month rent. A few days before 8/9, he texted me saying he will not move-in in August. 

He didn't pay any rent.

I am going to terminate his contract. Do you have a sample letter? Thanks.

Regardless they move in or not. They have to pay rent, otherwise

我以前碰到这种情况。我就说不租给他了，押金就不退了。他要了几次我没理。他就算了。
