In fact if Seller tries to answer your question and answered it wrong, you might be able to accuse the seller as fraud. So Seller should just tell you, "it's a heritage house, do your own research, I don't answer any questions."

卖的Land Value，如果政府不限制改建重建资金也足够的话，在上海一些地段可以建豪华新房子卖给富人。
只是我说的这个Location并没有那么优越，要价高得离谱。而且政府可能不让改建重建。
