请问：大家有签Corporate housing的经验吗？

租客要求a lease under a business name with me being an occupant，请问这种租法的利弊，还有怎么查credit？

我也怕碰到骗子，这个从名字上看是个印度人。

那个好象有公司律师介入的……费用上都是直接和公司交接的。

刚收到response，说不能提供公司的 taxes and P&L

但是可以provide a Financial from our bank and would consider personal credit report of the principle owner that would be residing at the property。

这financial from bank 可靠吗？

感觉是个开公司的想把房租作为公司expense。可以要求查租客的信用分，以他个人做co-signer.
