(2)参考最新统计,以平均卖价和Listing 价的比例为基准。
(3)再看 hot homes 的 卖价和Listing 价的比例。

价格就这样推上去了。
所以要想早拿到房,就得出比这拨人里的其他人出的价高.
而且很多landlord在等eviction过后就卖。真正的eviction潮在年底。
