Full-time or part-time? 2) Your family gross income? 3) Any felonies and evictions? 4) credit score? 5) who will sign the lease with you and questions 1-3 for him/her too? 6) How many people will live with you? 7) Any pets? if yes, what kind and weight? 7) Reasons to move?
重要指标：收入低的，信用记录差的，又驱赶记录的（可能撒谎），又大狗的，我都说：I am still doing my screening. Thank you.再也不理了。这一轮大概有1/3不会回复了因为 不行，还有近1/2回复了但数据不好看。

2. 已经在Zillow上交了$29申请费的就多看2眼， 因为上面有一些验证过的材料了，不达到重要指标的也不理睬。
3.最后选了2-3家最合意的集中到一个下午来看房，每人30分钟，通知他们来时都要带口罩和保持距离。如果看房后，双方有意向，那些已经做过Zillow申请的我就算OK了，没有的让赶紧去申请。
4. 找到人后，给Zillow上还没有恢复的申请者说：Thank you for your application. The house is not avaialbe anymore.其他的不理会也行。
我这次全程用Zillow，很顺利。如果第一轮看房没成，从头继续。不要随便带人看房，费事费力现在还不安全。
碰到过一个小医生，问他两遍干啥的都不理睬，一查他背景是实习医，然后要来看房，穿着白褂子印着名字，还反问我住哪... 这种招进来怕要伺候大爷了。遇到过一月入11万的来租房，都是好好说话写清楚为啥要租。另外zillow上付29的我们这有不少是信用很低的。
