1) the screen was red wland the "help" button was flashing (see picture attached) 2)the pipe circled in the pictures was dripping 3)I turned it on about 6, so in that time, that drip created water in the basement. I did turn it off and back on, and the screen came back on white, not red, but ultimately I decided to turn it back off because of the amount of water dripping from it.
