卖房。律师要求签Power of Attorney, 要求代收卖房款，再打到我账上。这个正常吗 ？

我感觉这是个坑，以前卖房Closing Company直接打到我账上。但这个律师怎么怪兮兮的，我能拒绝吗？

不知道，没经历过。因为远程，Power of Attorney 可以，但卖房款（net) 都是直接打自己账号。

一般律师会当天给你开支票，如果你想钱马上到帐，可以要求律师ｗｉｒｅ，但是会有一点费用，大概３０－５０刀

从你的描述看，应该拒绝。再找其他律师问问。

坚决拒绝。

律师费与房款相较很低，再不相信客户也不应该要求房款做escrow以保证他的律师费。

除非有特别法律纠纷的房产过户。

legal documents 的，中介，我们等啊等啊，等到钱到了建筑商账户，大家都欢呼站起，sales rep 交出钥匙，中介拿到佣金支票
