反正能用钱搞定的事情都不是事情。

比如上家给了notice说30号搬,有下家想1号搬进来,这肯定是在上家搬走前就申请的,莫非都等到30号后才和下家签文件吗?那下家也觉得不保险。
我一般都是等上家搬走后才show房子,所以没遇到过这种情况,但好像看到这里时常有地主说上家下家无缝衔接,不知怎么做到的。
